A Very Happy Festive Season

We would like to wish you A Very Happy Festive Season from everyone at Conella.

Over the holiday period, we have adjusted our opening times to ensure our team can enjoy the festivities as well. Therefore, our phone lines will be closed as from the 19th December 2025 and will reopen on January 5th, however, we will be monitoring our emails and website messaging system. Our dispatch team will be fulfilling orders every day, with the exception of 25th December and 1st January.

Fulfilment

Please note that all orders are fulfilled via the Natural Dispensary, therefore the information sent to you with reference to your delivery may be addressed from the Natural Dispensary.

 

Security

We value all information shared with us and understand that this is shared with us on the understanding that we should take all reasonable steps necessary to prevent all unauthorised access to this data. We use the latest technology to protect this information which is tested and reviewed on a regular basis by our IT team and at no time do we store your credit card details on the Conella in-house systems.

 

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders received before midday the same day.  All UK mainland orders, to any one address within the UK, will be sent via First Class post or a carrier nominated by Conella Holdings Ltd or the natural Dispensary Ltd.  Please leave 1-5 working days for delivery of these goods.  All product orders for delivery outside the UK mainland will be sent at the rate calculated via our overseas postal calculator.

 

Refund / Cancelation policy

In the event of the purchaser not being entirely satisfied with their purchase the following conditions apply to returned goods:

The purchaser should undertake to communicate their dissatisfaction, either via email or telephone at the first convenient opportunity, explaining in detail the reason they feel the product is unfit for its purpose. At this time the Customer Care Team with endeavour to reply to this correspondence in an efficient manner. Should it be mutually agreed that the goods are to be returned these goods must be returned to us in good condition within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned parcels should be addressed clearly to our Customer Care Team.

We reserve the right to decline a refund, where the goods are not fit for resale, opened, or should they have been damaged in the return transit. It's the purchaser's responsibility to return the goods to us in good order and where applicable the sender should take all reasonable measures to sufficiently track and insure the goods in transit.
